If you need financing for the purchase of a new home, please find out about possibilities to receive a mortgage loan before signing the reservation agreement. The oral reservation period is intended for such purposes. We cooperate with AS "SEB banka", AS "Swedbank", and AS "Luminor Bank" and AS "Citadele bank", but you can also choose another bank to receive a loan.

Careful planning

All apartments are characterised by high-quality construction and a modern layout with large windows. In all apartments, the entrance area is separated from the living area. We have also made room for large wall cabinets, while maintaining a sense of spaciousness in the home.

High-quality finishing

All apartments will be available with full high-quality interior finishing. For apartments in buildings under construction, it is possible to select the interior finishing. You can find out from the sales consultant how long you have to make a choice.

Home doesn't end beyond the apartment door. The feeling of comfort continues into green surroundings and safe children's playgrounds and is complemented by convenient storerooms as well as parking for bicycles and cars. Our projects are human-centred: we do our utmost to make new homes that improve residents' quality of life.

Class B energy efficiency is planned for the project. It will be possible to unlock the entrance door in each building with an electronic code key (chip) and, in the future, with the help of a smartphone as well. An intercom will be available in each apartment. Meters will be equipped with a smart reading function.

Selection & application

Apartment reservation

After choosing an apartment, you can make an oral reservation with one of our sales consultants, valid for 5 working days.

Home financing

If you need financing for the purchase of a new home, please find out about possibilities to receive a mortgage loan before signing the reservation agreement.

Choice of finishing

Free or paid finishing solutions are available for projects under construction. They may be selected up until a specific time in the construction process.

Onsite apartment inspection and elimination of possible defects

When construction of the project is completed and it’s possible to see all the nuances of the new apartment, you will be able to evaluate it onsite together with our sales consultant and sign the transfer deed.

Purchase agreement

After the transfer deed is signed, we will start the procedure of concluding the purchase agreement, drawing up all the necessary documents.

Receipt of keys

After paying the full purchase price and completing all formalities, you will become a full-fledged owner of the apartment!

Guarantee

For interior finishing, we provide a 2-year guarantee from the moment the building is put into operation or from the moment of signing the purchase agreement.
